Refund Policy

This is a convenience translation; the Russian version prevails. The intensive runs on one simple rule: if the format does not suit you after the first day, I refund the full price.

Guarantee after the first day

If, after the first day, you feel the format, delivery, or pace is not for you, you can ask for a full refund. No lengthy explanations, and no attempt to "keep" you in the cohort.

How to request a refund

Write to koptsev63@gmail.com or on Telegram and give the email or name the payment was made under.

How the refund is processed

The refund is issued through the same payment channel the payment was made with, where technically possible. How long the money takes to arrive depends on the bank and the payment system.

Technical errors and duplicate charges

If a payment was charged twice or a technical error occurred, let me know the same way. Such cases are looked into individually and corrected in full.
